Michael Mosley had a documentary about 1-2 minutes of exercise, and the way it could benefit people.
I had a laugh at the time and thought “yeah, right”.
However since my injuries, I haven’t been able to do much more than little bursts.
As I write this right now, I have just come back from a short 10 minute burst at the gym. I hadn’t had one in a while. I burned 100 calories on the cross trainer in 10 minutes, jumped into the shower and am about to eat breakfast shortly.
I am documenting the monumentally positive energy I feel. This is the endorphins that everyone describes. I feel AMAZING! I could take on the world right now. I am also imagining fresh fruit, vegetables, water, beaches and the sea. Normally I crave greasy food, but this is my craving right now.
I am not sure that my 10 minutes of intense cross trainer will amount to anything more than this good feeling, but we shall see.
Documented for the purpose of Anonymeows’ memory.
